Barre Progressions: A fun, fast-paced strengthening class that will get your heart pumping. We will work with modern styles in a three-part class: a physical warmup which will transition to a set “syllabus” at the barre, which will work to strengthen and tone the body and memory. Finally, each class will finish with a choreography section where we will build an energetic contemporary number using elements from the progressive barre series and group collaboration. All levels welcome, though all participants should gear up for a challenge and sweat!
