The Free Flow Dance Centre specializes in adult dance, fitness and movement classes. We run a body positive zone dance studio and encourage students of all experience levels to enjoy and participate in our dance classes!

We run a body positive, safe space and do not tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia, ageism, sexism,  harassment, ableism or other hateful behaviours. Thank you for being a wonderful human being.
