The Free Flow Dance Centre, located on Treaty six territory and the homeland of the Metis in Saskatoon, specializes in adult dance, fitness and movement classes. We run a Body Positive Zone dance studio and encourage students of all backgrounds and experience levels to enjoy and participate in our dance classes! We ask our participants to refrain from making negative comments about themselves or others while enjoying our space.
We endeavor to provide an inspiring, inclusive and creative space that is accessible to everyone. We do not tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia, ageism, sexism, harassment, ableism or other hateful behaviors.
