Free Flow Dance Centre

Recently the provincial government has relaxed the regulations on adult dance classes.

Free Flow Dance Centre is working with our instructors to create a safe way to return to group classes and workshops. Students will need to abide by social distancing rules and wear masks while in the building. Class sizes will be limited for in-person classes and zoom options will remain available.

While we understand that not everyone has had a chance to get vaccinated yet for COVID-19 we do want to encourage all of our adult students to receive vaccinations in order to come safely to the Dance Centre. If you are unable to receive a vaccine please contact the director Jackie Latendresse to speak with her in person. If you have not yet been able to make an appointment or make it through the drive-through due to your age please speak to Jackie. We are trying to create a safe return to our in-person classes. Thank you very much for your cooperation

Please note that at this time due to provincial restrictions we are only able to accommodate requests for space for the following:

Solo rehearsals or practice

Photo shoots – one photographer/one model

Private lessons – 1 teacher and either 1 student or a cohabiting couple/pair

Single person usage

Seated Meetings for up to 8 people socially distanced

Teachers wanting to use the space to teach zoom classes – we have a large flat screen and high speed internet available.

Other suitable small gatherings with the discretion of the management.

Please note that the Dance Centre requires everyone who enters our facility to wear a mask at all times including in the foyer and during classes. Let’s all do our part and help curb the spread of COVID 19! Please respect our body-positive zone. No mask, no entry at this point in time. Thank you.
