The Free Flow Dance Centre has a big screen set up along with tables and chairs and is available to rent for your next private gathering of friends! Hook up your laptop to our system through a provided HDMI cable. PC and MAC can both be accommodated. BYOB and snacks or ask us about our services! Looking for a space this winter to run a class or workshop? We have room in our beautiful facility for rentals. The space requires proof of vaccination, masks for groups of 3 or more, has an air purification system, and unisex washrooms. Join us in our Body-Positive zone for a fun and safe time.

This fall the Free Flow Dance Centre will be offering a variety of in-person and zoom hybrid adult dance classes. We have developed a facility use guideline for all returning and new students and we are preparing to make a safe and fun dance environment for everyone!

Please note that the dance centre will be a vaccine mandatory space which means everyone entering our space will be required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination if requested upon registration.
